Elektron Introduction

Elektron was established as an AV installation company in 1976, is permanently based in its own premises in Oxford and specialises in audio and video system design and installation.

Since its formation, Elektron has undertaken many audio and video installations in private residences, shops, offices, warehouses, factories, pubs and restaurants throughout the UK and mainland Europe.

Elektron has a large portfolio of residential AV installations, including multi room audio and video and dedicated home cinema systems.

Commercial AV installation projects have ranged from a single microphone induction loop system in a local community centre to a broadcast quality studio serving 30,000 square feet of retail space with 100 TV monitors, 50 speakers and 70 pairs of headphones for a major music retailer.

Elektron has a high degree of flexibility in meeting customers' requirements, both in electronic design, research and development, and arranging for the manufacture of custom-made housings.

Elektron design, manufacture and market our own range of CD based listening posts for music stores, exhibitions and libraries, both for the UK market and overseas.

Elektron also offers a comprehensive repair and maintenance service for any installation, whether originally installed by Elektron or not.
